If you need a Certificate of Insurance for your mortgage company, you can contact Melissa McCubbin at Jack Hutchinson Insurance Agency. Telephone 410-647-9540. You need to supply the following:

1.) Unit owner name & specific address in Shearwater
2.) Mortgage company name & address
3.) Loan number for reference
4.) Where you would like the COI sent (Mortgage Company and/or Unit owner. They can fax, email or mail)


Nationwide currently holds the flood insurance policy & Schoenfeld Insurance holds the Master policy. Schoenfeld number is 410-602-2000.
